These are the new rules in Phase 3:

FREEDOM OF CIRCULATION:

Slots for walks and non-professional sports are eliminated, also for over 70.
Groups can be a maximum of 20 people.

CANDLES AND BURIALS:

25 people in closed spaces and 50 outdoor

PLACES OF WORSHIP:

The capacity is extended to 75%

WEDDINGS:

A capacity of 75%

ESTABLISHMENTS AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY:

The capacity of shops and services is expanded:
- Shops: capacity to 50%
- Malls:
  - Capacity to 40%
  - Public areas and recreational areas of shopping centers and parks are allowed to open to the public, limiting its capacity to forty percent.
  - Capacity of the establishments of the shopping center at 50%

The capacity of the 50% inside hospitality establishments and extends to the 75% the nightstand terrace.
- Bar consumption is allowed as long as the safety distance between customers is guaranteed. (Two meter).
In hotels and tourist accommodation, public areas are allowed to open as long as they do not exceed 50% of its capacity.
Tourist guide activities with groups of maximum of 20 people, avoiding crowds. The use of audio guides is not permitted, brochures or other items for shared use.

CULTURAL SPACES:

Exposition halls:
- The occupation of a 50% of its capacity as long as the available spaces allow respecting the two-meter interpersonal security distance between visitors.
Monuments and other cultural facilities:
- They will be accessible to the public as long as the visits do not exceed half the authorized capacity.-
- Those responsible for the buildings will only allow individual visits, of cohabitants or groups of up to twenty people, avoiding carrying out parallel or complementary activities unrelated to the visit itself.
