The famous detective Closet receives the "singular" call Scotland Yard Inspector Philip to participate in the murder investigation Weasel Alley. A woman was killed late in the morning. Apparently, the only witness to the crime was a lamp flasher is not willing to drop word. Closet initiates a cursory investigation, interrogating suspects, femmes fatales, nocturnal road sweeper while trying not to lose my temper listening to the ravings of Inspector Philip. Closet will accompany throughout all research and attend to an unexpected outcome that will keep us in suspense and stuck to the chair until the last minute. Who was the murderer Weasel Alley?, ¿Madame Violet really exists or is just a rumor?, Can a faulty streetlight cause shipwrecks on the Thames?… Brainy questions like these will be answered after seeing "MURDER under a streetlight", our peculiar vision of classic black cinema.

With a frantic pace, absurd situations, an absurd and hilarious language, the viewer will not have much time to stop laughing and can not believe reflections, dialogues and conclusions of the characters who crossed research.
