Life-size reproductions and skeletons collection Doñana Biological Station (EBD), CSIC Research Institute, the House Science offers visitors the opportunity to have a close experience with these cetacean species that inhabit the Andalusian coast.

Visitors will observe examples of common blackfish, striped dolphin, Cachalote pigmeo, bottlenose dolphin, common dolphin, orca, marsopa, Cuvier's beaked whale and humpback whale. A copy of the latter species dominates the entrance to the Pavilion of Peru and has become in turn "Marino", Museum Mascot.

In addition, los visitantes se pueden encontrar pistas en el interior del Museo para conocer mejor la procedencia de los ejemplares y sus datos zoológicos más importantes.
