CIRQUE DU SOLEIL OPENS IN SEVILLE a new show: KOOZA

After his international tour finally reach the big leagues Sevilla KOOZA, the new Cirque du Soleil will be located in the Charco de la Pava in Seville.

Seville, that welcomes the visit of KOOZA first, the city will close the Spanish tour of the show. An adrenaline rush under its original blue and yellow tent.

With great recognition worldwide, Cirque du Soleil has constantly sought to evoke imagination, invoke the senses and provoke emotions.

A tribute to the traditional circus

KOOZA is pure Circus, a show that pays tribute to the circus tradition, a return to the circus in its purest form, his more human side. The show combines masterfully the art of clowning with bolder stunts.

Back to the origins, KOOZA combines art and acrobatic clowns time exploring fear, the identity, recognition and power. The journey of the innocent takes him to meet electrifying comic characters of a world full of surprises, adventure, daring and full participation.

It was created and directed by David Shiner, regular contributor to Cirque du Soleil from 1990 and winner of prestigious awards like Tony and Drama Desk with some of his productions. KOOZA is formed by an international cast of 50 acrobats, musicians, singers and actors. We offer exciting feats presented in a colorful “mixture” emphasizing the most daring mood, accompanied by a soundtrack that fuses jazz live, funk and rhythms of Bollywood. It is shown in more than 20 countries worldwide and has surprised more than 7,5 millions of people.
