The show ¡QUÉ SUENEN CON ALEGRÍA! It is proposed as a novel alternative to recurrent vocal-music programming usual Christmas. La oferta de este período tan especial se viene nutriendo –casi con carácter exclusivo- de dos modalidades de programa: a, la extraída del repertorio barroco y del Clasicismo más o menos entroncado con la festividad (Mesías, Oratorio de Navidad, etc.); y otra, la de la música vienesa asociada al popular Concierto de Año Nuevo (valses, polkas, galopes y fragmentos de opereta). A menor escala, aparece la oferta de conciertos de ‘negro spirituals’ y ‘góspel’; y aún más excepcionalmente, la que recurre al género zarzuelístico como alternativa castiza al menú vienés.

¡QUÉ SUENEN CON ALEGRÍA! Aporta aire fresco y renovador a este limitado y previsible panorama. El espectáculo tiene un carácter eminentemente popular: desgrana un repertorio músico-vocal reconocible por el gran público; While it offered in versions (unpublished and maintained to the maximum) exploring the most memorable and festive aspects of these songs and carols, real 'number ones' of the collective memory of our Latin American culture.
