With almost everyone already in phase 1, there are many doubts that arise about displacement.

Until the start of the de-escalation, private vehicles, like cars or motorcycles, they could only be used in cases of basic necessity, but the reopening of the country brings progressive relief from mobility restrictions that came into effect with the state of alarm.

Traveling to another country will not be possible unless it is for these indications:

Spanish or residents in Spain, as well as residents in other countries of the European Union or Schengen Associated States to go to their places of residence.
Holders of a long-term visa issued by a Member State and applying to it.
Cross-border workers.
Healthcare or elderly care professionals.
Personnel dedicated to the transport of goods.
Diplomatic staff.
People traveling for imperative family reasons or due to duly justified reasons of force majeure.
