Today 13 September is the International Day Chocolate. It was the French who decided, in 1995, which will be held this day, as, coincides with the birth of Roald Dahl (1916-1990), author of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. However, in some Latin American countries it is celebrated on another date.

On the other hand, in the 2010, the International Cocoa Producers' Organization and the French Academy of Chocolatiers and Confectioners Masters decided to match this day with the World Cocoa Day is the 7 July. Experts believe it was on that date but 1550 It was when cocoa reached Europe.

It seems that is not enough one day chocolate, both dates are excellent excuses to enjoy it.
