The exhibition ‘Carmen Laffón in the Cajasol collection’, curated by professor and art critic Juan Bosco Diaz-Urmeneta, presents a total of 17 works, fourteen belonging to the Cajasol Foundation and three loans from private collections.

The exhibition starts from four initial works by Carmen Laffón. Closed between 1956 and 1958, they are pictures of nameless girls, painted after a stay in Italy and a long trip to Paris.

Charity is added to these works (private collection, Madrid), oil of 1961, where Carmen Laffón's idea of ​​realism already appears. Idea encouraged by the two drawings, closed around the 1970.
