Unicaja Foundation presents the exhibition ‘Women. Between Renoir and Sorolla ’, a careful selection of 47 pieces -42 pictorial works and five sculptures- belonging to 29 artists showing the role of women in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Authors of the stature of Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Joaquín Sorolla, Ramon Casas, Benjamin Palencia, Anglada Camarasa or Santiago Rusiñol, among many others, they place women in novel formal compositions where their situation is already separated from their traditional roles.
