Exhibition and Sale of Sweets from the Cloistered Convents in Seville

The Exhibition and Sale of Sweets of the Cloistered Convents in Seville celebrates this year 2022 su XXXIX edición. From 5 to the 8 December 2023 are put up for sale, as every year, the sweets of 20 Cloistered convents of the Archdiocese of Seville and province.

After 39 years following this tradition, this year Convento's offer of sweets includes sugarless candy, lactose or gluten.

Total, participate 20 convents:

En esta edición de la muestra, the siete conventos de Sevilla son San Leandro (Agustinas), Santa Paula (Jerónimas), Holy Ines (Clarisse), San Clemente (Cistercians), Mother of God (Dominicas), Santa Ana (Carmelitas) y Santa María de Jesús (Clarisse).


Jerónimas of Constantina, Jerónimas Moron, Clarisas de Alcalá, Steppe, Marchena, Morón and Carmona, Dominicas Bormujos, Mercedarias Discalced de Marchena and Osuna, Concepcionistas Franciscanas de Osuna y Carmelitas de Osuna y de Utrera, conforman los trece restantes conventos de la provincia.

At the stall with lactose-free sweets, gluten-free and sugar-free convents such as Madre de Dios will participate, San Leandro, Utrera or Alcalá de Guadaíra, inter alia.

All sweets presented in the exhibition, and many others that are not included due to the wide and varied offer that feature, are made and sold throughout the year lathes convents, which also can be ordered in time for celebrations.

Dates: From 5 to the 8 December.
Schedule: Day 5 of 15 a 19 hours. Days 6, 7 and 8 of 10 a 19 hours.
Place: Gothic palace, Alcázar de Sevilla (entrance Patio de Banderas).
