A Pentecost Monday with the empty Rociera marshes, without the virgin,without its pilgrims, without singing or dancing, no fuss and no crowd.

The Matriz de Almonte Brotherhood made a tough decision, "successful and accepted" by the sprinklers as it was to suspend the pilgrimage.
