The two finalist teams of the Copa del Rey that was to be played in Seville and which has been postponed due to the COVID crisis – 19, have agreed to hold the appointment with the public. Athletic Club de Bilbao and Real Sociedad have asked UEFA that the match, is celebrated with public.

The announcement of the agreement comes after UEFA decided that the national cups will end behind closed doors. However, according to UEFA the Europa League position will go to the next highest ranked in the league, in the case of Spain to the seventh.

The Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has shown its agreement with the decision of the Basque clubs.

The RFEF will set, in agreement with Real Sociedad and Athletic Club, the most convenient date for said Final to be the great Spanish football party.
