Juan Carlos Lerida: To the dance
It is the choreographer, dancer and dancer Juan Carlos Lerida, precursor to give contemporary flamenco and work this art depth research and breakthrough concepts, without losing sight of the root. To the dance, is the latest production of the trilogy The bodies of flamenco, completed the touch and singing, with which the creator has dived by the Flemish gestualidad. This time, the dancer's body is under study and empirical premise of speech. / Mercedes L. Caballero
Synopsis
Juan Carlos Lerida completes his trilogy with dancing flamenco bodies, after transit, Al Touch and Al Cante, by the Flemish corporeality guitarist and singer. Al Baile Lerida makes his own body, grafted onto other foreign bodies flamenco, a research field, toiling to find, as a finder precious metals, dancing in each of its organs. There are dances skin, meat and bones, and Lerida is introduced into the interstices composing and decomposing, hurgando, (re)citing flamenco and submerging waters now, letting the spectral makeup liquefy, and finally washing face showing a flamingo Boyish newborn.
