Last 17 March, the popular Las Dueñas Palace Seville first opened its doors to the public. From 10:00h, visitors can learn about the interior of the old private residence of the Duke of Alba, Carlos Fitz-James Stuart; and where He was born and lived the poet Antonio Machado.

Las Dueñas is one of the historical heritage- most important artistic family of Alba. An example of noble architecture Seville was built between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries with the missing monastery of Dueñas, which she acquired the name. Originally, This building was erected as Casa-Palacio de los Pineda, one of the patrician families of the Seville of the time. After passing through several hands, in 1612 It became the property of the Duke of Alba VI, in the XIX century, it became a tenement house where he moved to live the Machado family. Access to the Palace and sale at the box office ends 45 minutes before closing. Spaces are evicted 10 minutes before closing.

reduced admission: 6€ Children 6 a 12 years old, disabled and older 65 years old. Necessary documentation
Free admission: Children 6 years old. Mondays except public holidays from 16h until full capacity (only acquire free admission at the box office from the 16 hours on the same day, no prior reservation possible)
